About these terms

These terms apply to NY Styles Barbershop, 2215 NY-112, Medford, NY 11763, and to the website at nystylesbarbershop.com. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to them.

Booking and cancelling

• Booking a time holds a chair with a named barber. Please give us 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move it.
• We will always try to keep to your time. If a cut ahead of you runs long we will text or call you.
• Walk-ins are taken in the order they join the line on the tablet in the waiting area. Booked appointments go first.
• Prices are shown on the site and may change. The price you are shown when you book is the price you pay.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

SMS Terms

NY Styles Barbershop operates a text message programme for its own customers. By providing your mobile number on this website, on our in-shop tablet, or to our staff at the front desk, you agree to receive text messages from NY Styles Barbershop about your own appointments: booking confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations, receipts, a request to rate your visit, and a notice when your chair is ready if you are waiting as a walk-in.

• Frequency: roughly two to six messages per visit. It depends on how far ahead you book.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
• Opting out: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message and we will stop texting you. You can also switch texts off in your account on this site. Reply START to turn them back on.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or call us on (631) 654-0605.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Marketing: offers and news are a separate opt-in you tick yourself, and can be untangled from your booking messages at any time.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Use it to book and manage your own appointments. Do not try to break into it, scrape it, or use it to reach our customers. The words, pictures and design on this site belong to NY Styles Barbershop.

What we are and are not responsible for

We stand behind our work: if you are not happy with your cut, tell us before you leave and we will put it right. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, NY Styles Barbershop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

If these terms change we will update this page. Last updated 2026-09-15. These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York.
